How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout based on your order details.

Express Delivery: 8–14 days
Standard UAE Delivery: 14–20 days

Large orders, custom orders, or orders containing specialized materials may require additional production time. Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

Do you offer express delivery?

Express delivery is available on selected products and locations. If the option appears at checkout, your order qualifies for expedited production and delivery within 8–14 days. If not shown, your order will follow our standard delivery timeline.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery across most areas in the UAE. Certain locations are classified as remote areas and may be subject to an additional AED 500 remote area delivery fee.

Do you charge extra for remote area delivery?

We offer free delivery across most areas in the UAE. Certain locations are classified as remote areas, including but not limited to Ruwais and border regions, and are subject to an additional AED 500 delivery fee.

If your location falls within a remote area, this charge may be applied after order confirmation due to system limitations.

Refusal to proceed with the applicable delivery charge will be considered a delivery cancellation request. As orders enter production shortly after confirmation, any approved refund will be issued strictly as Store Credit in line with our policy.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Yes, we deliver to all GCC countries.

Estimated delivery time is 30–45 days, including production and shipping. In some cases, customs clearance procedures may extend delivery by an additional 7–10 days. Such delays are external and beyond our control.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes. Please contact our Customer Care team, and they will assist you with rescheduling your delivery based on the next available delivery slot.

Can I store my order for a month?

We offer complimentary storage until the end of your scheduled delivery month. Beyond this period, a storage fee of AED 2,000 per month will apply.

To ensure smooth delivery, customers are required to notify our Customer Care team at least 14 days in advance once they are ready to receive the order.

Orders held beyond the agreed timeframe may be released from storage allocation and re-prepared once a new delivery date is confirmed.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, our Customer Care team will provide you with updates and support.

During peak periods or public holidays, delivery timelines may extend by 5–7 days. Orders involving specialized materials such as steel or marble may also require additional processing time.

Any delays will be managed within reasonable operational limits.

Do you offer assembly services for the furniture?

Yes. All orders include professional delivery, installation, and VAT at no additional cost.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is not available. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
