Yes, we can store your order free of charge for the remainder of the same month of supposed delivery date. A storage fee of 2000 AED will per month after the same proposed month of delivery, we are also eligible to dispatch your order to another customer, you can notify Customer Care 14 days prior your ability to receive the order to re-prepare your order for delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery.

If Express, Within 8-14 Days, Free Delivery takes 14 to 20 Days depending on the order size & delivery timelines you get on checkout, For orders under 3,000 AED for example, Free Delivery is available within 14 Days Max.

Yes, we deliver to all GCC countries within 30 days, shipping is insured against failed delivery, sometimes depending on custom clearance procedures, delays happen for an extra 7-10 days, making total delivery time 40-60 Days Total, any delays outside our control due to custom clearance procedure is unfrotunatley out of our control

If your delivery is delayed, please contact our customer care team, and they will assist you with an update and resolution. Some months, that has public holidays, 5-7 days delay on your delivery date can be possible, specially if your order contains steel or marble elements as they are supplied on-demand, during public holiday months our production line is usually busy, delay should not exceed 30 days maximum on public holiday months.

We do not have a showroom; we operate entirely online. However, you can visit our office in Dubai Design District (D3).

Our office is located in Dubai Design District (D3) at In5 Design, please type In5 Design on Google Maps, we did not list on Google due to customers thinking its our showroom, hence, we dont have a location as Walls Nation on Google Maps for the time being.

Yes, you can customize colors and dimensions. For customizations not listed on our website, the order must exceed 4000 AED & acceptance is subject to relationship manager discretion, project size & factory capacity.

A customized item will incure customization charges (as a service). We will provide the final price once customization details are confirmed with the relationship manager.

Yes by applying to the Return Center, you can return unused, unassembled or unmounted items (excluding exempt goods) in their original condition on delivery day for a refund according to below policies. This applies to as per website specs, non-customized items only, orders that has any customizations are non-refundable.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund without any charges within 24 hours of placing it. After that, You order will proceed to production.

If your item doesn't match the design images listed, you can request a return. If it did not match upon inspection as claimed, we will offer an Exchange or Store Credit to buy anything else on the website.

If your item arrives severely damaged, we will arrange a return and provide a replacement, exchange or a full refund. refund does not apply to minor delivery caused damages, No return or refund fees will be charged on severely damaged items, if the damage is minor or delivery caused (Scratches, Dents, Shipped Edges), we will send a team to rectify any issues on-spot only.

If your delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, we will offer full Credit Store, this clause applies to orders made outside holiday seasons only, if the month of which the order was made happend to have a public holiday during, this clause will be considered null, as during holiday season months, demand triples normal months hence delay might be possible to exceed 30 days for order that include materials like steel, marble or custom made orders.

Yes, if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, your order can refunded to store credit or above return reasons only.

Please measure at home product dimensions before ordering online as they are listed accuratly on every listing in image & text. If it doesn’t fit, we can offer a charged customized exchnage (to suite the space) or store credit refund, please note that size issues returning due to the elevator not fitting will not be refunded, please check elevator sizes if you are ordering a big item.

Can I return a customized order?

Customized orders cannot be re-stocked or re-listed, hence it cannot be returned or refunded, explicitly exchnaged with a lead time of 14 days, since they are made to your specifications. Please ensure details are correct when placing your order, request assistance from our relationship managers.

What if my customized order arrives damaged or late ?

We offer a hassle-free exchange for damaged custom orders and provide 300 AED gift card for your next purchase. As for late delivery Custom Orders, we priority goes to online (through website) orders, if we happen to have a heavy production line for online orders & your custom order is late, we will notify you beforehand, rest assured delivery time for Custom Orders (Unless it is a project) will never pass 30 days to be delivered.

Which items cannot be returned?

Walls Nation Editions, Lighting, Mattresses, Clearance, items containing Steel, Marble are non-returnable.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If there is a delay, please contact your bank for their processing times.

Do you ship to GCC countries?

Yes, we ship to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar within 30-45 days.

What is your returns policy for GCC customers?

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours. For change of mind, returns are accepted within 14 days, but return shipping charges will be borne by the customer (1,000 AED+ depending on order size).

(UAE) If your order is delayed by more than 30 days on normal months, we will offer full credit store, on months having public holidays, we will compensate 300 AED for orders more than 30 days late. (International) We usually dispatch the product to our Couriers (SMSA or DHL) within 20 days, SMSA promises 10 days delivery, DHL 3-4 Days, but sometimes, orders might be delayed by custom clearance for various reasons all up to the descretion of customs, hence, if your order was delayed for more than 60 days, we can offer you a 50% refund & make sure you still receive your order.
