Where we deliver

Walls Nation delivers worldwide. The delivery options, timeframes and charges available to you are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

How your order is made

Walls Nation is a UAE company. Our design studio is in Dubai Design District (D3), Dubai, and our factory and showroom are in Al Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah. Every order is built either at our own facility or by a vetted partner factory in our network, each manufacturing to Walls Nation specifications: our materials, our quality standards, and detailed technical drawings issued for every item.

Delivery options and timeframes

• Standard — 30 days. Available in every country we serve. Free in selected countries; where a charge applies, the rate is shown at checkout.
• Express — 14 days. Available in selected countries. Charged in all countries; the rate is shown at checkout.
• VIP — 7 days. Available in selected countries. Charged in all countries; the rate is shown at checkout.

All timeframes run from order confirmation and include production. Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Large orders, and orders containing specialised materials such as steel or marble, may require additional production time; we will tell you before production begins if this applies to your order.

Remote addresses within the United Arab Emirates

Within the United Arab Emirates, certain locations are classified as remote delivery areas (including but not limited to Ruwais and country border-line regions) and are subject to an additional AED 500 remote area surcharge. Due to system limitations, Walls Nation is currently unable to apply UAE remote-area delivery charges automatically at checkout, so this surcharge may be communicated and requested after the order has been placed and prepared for dispatch. If you are located in or near a remote area, please confirm delivery eligibility and applicable charges with our Customer Care team before placing your order.

Assembly and installation

Within the United Arab Emirates, delivery includes professional installation and assembly at no additional cost. Outside the United Arab Emirates, delivery is to your door and assembly is not included unless stated at checkout.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates are inclusive of VAT. Orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. Where these are collected at checkout, the amount shown is final. Where they are not collected at checkout, they are payable by you to the carrier or the customs authority on arrival and are not included in the product price or the delivery charge. Customs clearance can add 7 to 10 days to delivery and is outside our control.

Storage

We offer complimentary storage until the end of your scheduled delivery month. Beyond that period a storage fee applies; within the United Arab Emirates this is AED 2,000 per month. Please notify our Customer Care team at least 14 days before you are ready to receive your order.

Delays

If your delivery is delayed, our Customer Care team will keep you updated. During regional peak periods and public holidays, delivery timeframes may extend by 5 to 7 days.

Insurance, loss and damage in transit

All our shipments are insured. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, or if the order is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Product availability by country

Majlis, Closets and Curtains are available within the GCC only. Customization is available on orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates only; outside the UAE, orders are placed from our catalogue to pre-set specifications.
